Born and raised on a farm in the beautiful countryside of the Dominican Republic, Chef Lisselly’s passion for hospitality has deep roots, starting with her grandmother, who taught her how to cook. Lisselly would start her days picking out coffee berries, drying them out and then grinding them by hand – all before she went to school. In the evenings, she would return home to serve as her grandmother’s sous chef, absorbing years of cultural and culinary tradition.
